will obtain a copy of your Customer Service Record(s) from the local telephone service providers using a Letter of Agency.  We ask our clients to provide copies of any local or long distance telecommunications contract(s) that they may have, in addition to copies of the most recent three months of telephone bills.  If local and long distance service contract information is unavailable we will obtain it directly from the telecommunications service providers.  

     A comprehensive analysis and review will be completed for each account and service provider to determine if any billing overcharges exist or to see if there are cost savings opportunities.  Adjustments of billing errors may go back many months or even years.  Our telecommunications experts will verify the accuracy of your billing and service components.  They will also make certain you are paying the lowest price possible for service by reviewing your current pricing and discount structure and comparing it to other available contracts and tariffs or considering other service providers.  Expense Management, Inc. pledges to ensure you the optimum performance of your telecommunications service in addition to reducing your monthly costs.
