Expense Management, Inc. needs to obtain a complete one-year billing history for each account, from bill copies provided by our clients, in addition to copies of solid waste contracts from each service provider.  If solid waste contracts are unavailable, we will obtain them directly the solid waste provider using a Letter of Agency.    

     Our garbage and recycling billing and service reviews are successful because we have information on various technologies, applications, equipment and vendors that can reduce these expenses quite significantly.

 Our waste audit will include:

  •  Searching for billing errors on overcharges for equipment, transportation, disposal and improper service levels.

  • Improving waste handling, storage and transportation efficiencies.

  • Increasing the effectiveness of your waste disposal methods.

  • Negotiating an improved service contract with vendors.

  • Introducing innovative technology and state-of-the-art waste handling methods.

      We will look at what your waste stream consists of.  Then we will look at how it’s being handled and where it is going.  We will review your invoices to determine if the charges and credits match your service capacities and frequencies.  We will then we put together a tailor made program that fulfills your company’s individual needs while minimizing costs.

 We perform the following:

  • Review of the type and size of each container at each location.

  • Complete a seven page survey for each location to determine the amount of waste and type of waste disposed of in your waste containers.

  • Perform a unique analysis with select mathematical calculations.

  • Provide a comprehensive report of our findings and recommendations,  which details anticipated monthly savings per location.
