Why would we need a billing, contract, pricing and service review?

You need a review to verify the accuracy of the charges, to recognize all options available and to reassess any rate, contract, price or tariff changes.  A billing, contract, pricing and service review will let you know what your options are and give you the power to choose.

In addition, as laws, rules and rates change, so do the causes for refund adjustments and available options.  Lastly, a change in operational characteristics affecting usage patterns, rate, contract, pricing and tariff changes by the vendors or changes in the regulatory process are compelling reasons to have an on-going review of a particular account or expense area.

How do you know what the best pricing is for me?

We study your bills and identify your usage and consumption patterns.  Then, by applying our knowledge and expertise about various vendors and industries, we perform checks on the bills and look at various pricing options.  Thus we will not only identify savings, but we will also probe for past overcharges in billing to secure credits or refunds.  We continuously improve our methods to insure that our clients reap the financial benefits today and into the future.

What do I need to do to get a service review started?

It is easy and simple.  After you sign our consultant agreement, all we need is a Letter of Agency (LOA) for each vendor and the most recent billing information to get started.  The LOA will allow us to contact your service vendors and obtain billing histories, customer service records, copies of your contracts and other pertinent pricing material.

How much time should I expect to spend in order to have a billing and service review completed?

Hardly any at all.  All we need is the signed consultant agreement, respective LOA’s, bill copies, and general ledger or supplier information.  We will do the rest.  Once we identify the savings, we send you a report and implement the cost savings items.  We ask that you to be involved in the process only when necessary.

When do I know the results of the billing and service review?

As soon as we finalize the review process, we will issue a customized comprehensive report.  This report will detail our findings and recommendations.

How much does EMI charge to perform a billing and service review?

We are compensated on performance. The only way that we get paid is to produce results for you.  We share in any refund or credit obtained; if we can generate any new, ongoing savings, we share in the savings for a period of time.
