Claims For Refunds and Savings Implementation
All claims for refunds and created savings, will be implemented
by Expense Management, Inc. and we
will complete all dealings with your service provider(s) accordingly.
Expense Management, Inc. will document
overcharges to substantiate the claim for a refund.
Expense Management, Inc. may also proceed to file a complaint
against any utility and telecommunications service providers before
the State Public Utilities Commission to ensure results. We will
verify that the proper refund is issued and received by the client.
Expense Management, Inc. will draft
letters and assist in completing any paperwork for the service providers
to initiate any cost savings opportunities. You as the client, may
have to copy them onto corporate letterhead and/or complete any
paperwork provided and then return all of it to
Expense Management, Inc. We will make certain that all cost
saving actions to be taken are implemented by your service provider(s)
and then verify the accuracy of your billing.
